Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we offer gift cards that can be loaded with any amount of money you wish! Gift cards are a great gift for many occasions. You may purchase the gift card using any type of payment method you wish!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all modern payment types including cash, checks, gift cards, and all types of credit cards.

Can you put a bike on hold?

Yes you can put a bike on hold so nobody buys it. A 50% down payment is required to hold the bike until payed in full.

Do you sell used bikes?

Yes we sell a full selection of used bikes.  The inventory includes all types of brands, sizes, and styles. There are used bikes available for adults and kids.

Do you take trade ins?

Yes we are glad to trade in your old bike when purchasing a new bike. We will fully inspect your used bike and give you a fair value.

Can you fix any brand of bike?

We have the experience and knowledge to fix any brand of bike. Inexpensive to expensive, we can repair it. The only exclusion to this is we do not repair electronics on electric bikes outside of the brand "Specialized".

Do you make house calls to fix bikes?

Here at Alex Bike Shop, we have a properly set up service department with all the tools needed to fix any bike. Unfortunately these tools and stands are not easily portable. We ask that you bring your bike into our location.

Do you rent bikes?

Yes we rent bikes. Rent for just a few hours or a whole day. Call to reserve or just stop in.
